We all love the cute little tomatoes when we go to the grocery store, yes they look wonderful in the salad, they are easy to wash and you just toss them in there and is ready to go. But there is a whole world of possibilities when it comes to this variety of tomato.
Tomato Bocconcini skewers:
Is a different take on a caprese salad, get some skewers, get some bocconcini cheese and you have a fresh and yummy snack.
you can also grill them in some Asian steak kabobs
Slow roast them and eat them on a bruschetta smeared with goat cheese (recipe)
Make a lovely tomato cobbler, perfect for these cold days ahead.
Or simply bacon wrap them
